The film centers around our protagonist JuJu, a Burmese trans femme working at an independent cinema in Bangkok. There, she meets another Burmese guy, who may or may not be romantically interested in her. What follows is a series of conversations, and imaginations/scenarios in JuJu's mind exploring the power of queer representation in mainstream media, queer identity, stereotypes, and finding love.
